Send us an enquiry and our team will schedule a call: we'll take a video tour of our camps and talk through all the adventures you can expect — with no obligation. Once we understand your ideal experience and preferred dates, we will review availability and share more trip-specific information.
After you confirm your dates, secured by deposit, we’ll begin gathering the details and documents needed to support your travel, including a medical check — completed within 30 days — to ensure your safety on ice.
Book flexible flights, arriving in Cape Town at least two days prior to your scheduled Antarctic trip, and departing two days after your arrival, in case of weather delays. Our team can also arrange accommodation, private transfers in our electric BMW fleet, and curated experiences in Cape Town and the Winelands. If you wish to explore more of South Africa, we are happy to assist with that, too.
Leading up to your travel, our team will stay in touch and guide you through every necessary step — most importantly, what to pack. You’ll also receive access to our online Boutique featuring exclusive co-branded polar gear, plus a shopping assistant who can prepare a curated kit ready for your arrival in Cape Town.
Upon arriving in Cape Town, our team will confirm your briefing schedule and flight departure. You’ll be transported to and from the venue by our drivers, and after the briefing, you’ll visit the Boutique, where the team will check your kit, assist with anything you may have forgotten, and help pack the first polar outfit you’ll need to change into on the flight south.
On departure day, our drivers will collect you from your hotel and escort you to the airport, where our team will fast-track you through security and customs. You’ll then head to the lounge before boarding your direct flight to Antarctica.
